Mr. Mowbray

Mr. Mowbray is the President of the International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations (ILEP), he brings together and coordinates organisations working across the globe to help victims of leprosy. Leprosy is "A chronic, curable infectious disease mainly causing skin lesions and nerve damage."
